§ Prepared the DPR for Mundra SEZ, with minimal in-house resources, including Master Plan, basic site development, regulatory and statutory clearances

§ Negotiated and implemented the first independent CFS land deal for Mundra Port, which became the benchmark for next 7 deals encompassing 200 acres, with a potential worth of Rs. 180 Cr

§ Led preparation of the visionary 150 Mn tonnes per annum capacity plan, in 2003 itself, that helped in planning for subsequent IPO and accelerated expansion of the port

§ Successfully proposed and implemented railway infrastructure tariff within port premises, a pioneer practice for private ports, which improved bottom-line by 10%.

§ Led and negotiated the initial agreements with Indian Railways for the Kutch Railway project, which paved the way for a smooth implementation of the PPP project
